Get The Lead Out is a 20+ year old environmental inspection firm. We are looking to fill the position of Lead-Based Paint Inspector working throughout North Carolina and South Carolina from our home base in Charlotte, NC. A current Paint Inspector license and/or recent LBP inspection experience is necessary.
A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required, as is a current driver’s license. The successful applicant must be able to use a Windows based computer and be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel and Acrobat Adobe.
This is a full-time position with competitive pay based on experience. The successful candidate must meet requirements of the company’s reference check program. Only qualified candidates with acceptable criminal record history, driving record and employment eligibility verification (I-9) will be considered. Visa assistance not provided. Travel throughout North and South Carolina will be required with occasional overnight travel. The position requires the use of a ladder which must be carried as well as carrying an instrument case.
To directly compensate our employees for their hard work, Get The Lead Out, LLC offers straight-time hourly pay to salaried staff for approved billable hours over 40 hours per week. We also offer annual performance-based incentive bonuses to employees who demonstrate exceptional skills and contributions to the firm’s success. A vehicle and cell phone will be provided.
